foundation permit came in for the city nod to start the work and for the ground to be prepared. The pavement was stripped and removed the same day. |

| October 26, 2008 the after the monthly HOG
Breakfast Meeting, a bunch of members came to the site for the ceremonial Biker Style ground breaking. Instead of a shovel we followed the H-D Museum method of using a bike to break the first ground. Guy volunteered and Mike, Art & Darren followed. |
